Just a couple more things to do, but our newest addition to the fleet is already hard at work. Been to Breck and back and already did its first wedding.

It’s nearly ready. And we think its a first in Denver. As far as we know, our 14 seat Sprinter will be one of the very few the only Denver based 4×4 Sprinter operating in our market. That means maximum safety and traction when the snow and ice arrives. And it means sticking to our company philosophy of all vehicles being all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive.
Our Sprinter will also run Blizzak winter tires in winter. Just like every car that we operate does.
(By the way, the average build time for a passenger Sprinter in 4×4 configuration is 1-year!)
Our new Sprinter is going to have blisteringly quick dual network wifi onboard (same system used in many police cars), a plethora of entertainment options, you’ll have 110-volt power at each row of seats, and USB ports everywhere (to keep your phones charged).
We weren’t happy with the standard seat offering so we found a specialist seat manufacturer in Indiana and ordered the ones you see. Much more comfortable for the trips to the mountains. We’ve added additional insulation to the roof and walls, added ceramic tint to the windows to reduce heat and glare, installed a separate heating and cooling system for the rear, and added a second heavy duty battery plus a 1000w inverter to run all the electrics.
More to come…

One of the best things I think about this job is being able to drive good cars. It helps if you’re a self confessed car nut like Matt and I. Anyway, while our trusty 535 was having some work done today, the enterprising sales guy at the BMW dealer arranged a new 750 for us to drive. For a few days!
Man, what a car. Quick specs are 4.4 liter, twin-turbo V8, which cranks out 445 BHP. Via all 4-wheels. It’s an amazing machine and every client we’ve had in the luxo barge has loved it.
We may have to sell a body part to buy it, but I have no need for my liver anymore anyway. More to come.

Early start to the morning today with some clients catching a 3am flight to Toronto. I tried to convince them to divert the Jet to Vegas and I would stow away onboard. No joy I’m afraid…

In fact, many of you already have. But if you haven’t – Stefano is our Senior Driver (pictured left). A native Californian who has spent the majority of his life working in the restaurant trade, running a successful family business.
Stefano’s mad passion is skiing so 10 years ago, he packed all his belongings into his car and headed east to Colorado. He hasn’t looked back since. During the winter, Stefano averages 30+ days on the slopes.
If he’s driving you to the mountains this winter, take comfort in the fact that not only is he an exceptional driver, he is also a terrific skier. He knows the best resorts for the conditions, knows the roads and is comfortable driving in the worst of conditions.
We are fortunate to have Stefano on the team. So next time you’re in one of our cars, ask him to get you a drink, and sit back and relax. Let him take you to some of the best ski resorts the US has to offer.
