Our Shuttle Story So Far...

We wanted to keep you up to date with the Longmont Shuttle story. We launched the last week of January and since then, we have transported more than 600 people to and from DIA. 

We also wanted to thank you for the support so far and know that we need to continue to improve in a couple of areas. Your feedback has been invaluable.

In the coming months, we are working on the following:
1. Moving to an hourly service to and from DIA
2. Deploying a second Sprinter
3. Adding an electric step to the existing Sprinter, to make it safer for all our clients
4. Making the online booking process simpler and easier to navigate

We have installed an in car camera which records both external and internal video. This is for the safety of our staff, our clients and is a requirement for our commercial insurance carrier.

All our vehicles are also fitted with commercial grade GPS, so our office can tell where our vehicles are at any point (speed, exact position, vehicle route, track taken)

Airport Pick Up Procedure

We wanted to remind you of the pick up procedure at DIA

  • Meeting point is West Side, Island 5, Shuttle Area (across from door 510)
  • Our DIA pick up times are 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm and last shuttle leaves 11pm
  • You will receive a text when the shuttle is en route
  • If you arrive and collect bags on the East Side, you will have to make your way through the terminal to the West side 
  • From time to time, we may upgrade your service to a Black Car at no additional charge. If this is the case, you will be notified by the driver that the pick up point will be Island 2, Limo Section (either West or East). This is because the pick up procedure for limousines is different to that of Shuttle operators

Did you know that our system tracks each and every trip you take with us?

  • Every 10th trip, we will upgrade you to a Black Car Service
  • You can choose between a Premium Sedan (BMW) or Premium SUV (Lincoln Navigator)
  • You can use these for family vacations, heading out on the town, picking up friends and family from DIA
  • Upgrades are valid for a one-way trip to or from DIA and can be from a private residence or hotel anywhere in Longmont
